The 1947 WDX pictured above belongs to Larry Less of San Francisco. It has our four wheel power disc brakes, hanging pedals, 318 V8, centered rear differential, power steering, NP435 gearbox with Chelsea PTO and 4.89 differential gears. The original Budd center webs have been welded into 12.5" X 16.5" rims and 38.5" supper swamper tires mounted. Our firewall mounted pedals have been installed providing an extra 3" of extra leg room.
This truck does 80 mph at 3200 rpm comfortably and without the need for hearing protection.
